Moto-IGERT at 2012 Emerging Researchers National Conference in STEM
We were excited to have IGERT representation at the 2012 Emerging Researchers National Conference in Science Technology Math and Engineering (Feb 23-25, Atlanta, GA). Undergraduate researchers from around the country presented their work in talks and posters and attended career development activities. Melina Hale, motoIGERT trainer, served as a judge for student talks and worked with a team of representatives from the University of Chicago to meet students and talk to them about our programs including motoIGERT. The students were really wonderful, hopefully we will be able to attract some of them to Chicago!
